Casa Primavera is located in the popular South East part of Menorca on an old lane which runs from Torret to Binibeca beach.  It is surrounded by its own 15 acres of stonewalled fields. Outside there is a large swimming pool, sun terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers for 10 people and a fully maintained garden area. Bicycles are available suitable for all ages and the villa is in an ideal location for easy cycle rides to Torret village about half a mile away where there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Overall Casa Primavera is equipped to provide catering for 12 plus parties: it is stylishly furnished using English soft furnishings throughout; there are 2 large whirlpool fridges with icebreaker, 2 dish washers, satellite television, air conditioning in main bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout, fly screens on all windows and central heating for the colder times of the year.  Outside in addition to the floodlit swimming pool there are 2 barbeques, chairs and sun loungers and security lighting.
